Berry-Banana Ice Cream (dairy free, paleo, low sugar)

So lately i’ve been lazy. Okay, that’s not completely true. I have been beach running, surfing, boogie boarding, and (of course)cooking. But as far as my blog…. i haven’t been posting much.

On the other hand, I have been making (and eating) lots of berry banana ice cream

laying out at the pool…. berry banana ice cream
hot day under the sun…. berry banana ice cream
craving a summer treat…. berry banana ice cream
ice cream…. berry banana ice cream

you see what a great snack this is?? as it thought about this, i realized it wouldn’t be fair not to share this recipe with everyone else. So here i am, typing up yet another post this week. There is many more variations of this super simple ice cream but here is my extremely versatile version. Now enjoy this frozen dessert while the hot, summer weather lasts!
