So lately i’ve been lazy. Okay, that’s not completely true. I have been beach running, surfing, boogie boarding, and (of course)cooking. But as far as my blog…. i haven’t been posting much.

you see what a great snack this is?? as it thought about this, i realized it wouldn’t be fair not to share this recipe with everyone else. So here i am, typing up yet another post this week. There is many more variations of this super simple ice cream but here is my extremely versatile version. Now enjoy this frozen dessert while the hot, summer weather lasts!
All Natural Berry Ice Cream

- 3 ripe bananas
- 8 oz. bag of frozen organic berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries, ect)
- 1/8 tsp of vanilla
Place all the ingredients into a blender or vita mix ( vita mix!!!!) and blend on high speed until creamy. Fill an ice cubetray or an old ice cream carton with this mixture, freeze and then enjoy!!
Peel and slice banana into bit size pieces, then freeze for a minimum of an hour. Remove banana from freezer and place all the ingredients into a blender/food processor/vita mix ( vita mix!!!!) and blend on high speed until creamy. Eat right away or fill an ice cubetray or an old ice cream carton with this mixture, freeze and then enjoy!!
