SUPER SIMPLE TREATS!!

Pre-heat oven to 350
- 4 1/2 – 5 medium ripe bananas
- 1/8 – 1/4 cup of apple sauce
- 2 organic eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbs of almond butter
Mix all above ingredients together
in a another bowl, mix dry ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients
grease 2 muffin pans with ample amount of coconut oil
spoon each muffin container about 3/4 full
Bake for around 18 mins, after 18 mins check with a tooth pick, if the muffins are slightly brown around the edges and the tooth pick comes out clean, then they are finished. Make sure not to over cook, these muffins should be very moist.
If you want to, add in:
- 1/8 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, decrease almond meal by 1/4 cup and one less banana ( this makes the muffins a bit lighter in texture and has added protein)
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chip
